Can I see my portrait before it ships?
Once the portrait is ready our Support team will then contact you with an email that will contain a copy of the digital painting for your approval. The image will show your pet's digital painting cropped as it will appear on the printed material you have previously chosen. At this time you are welcome to instruct us on any changes you would like to make. The digital painting of your pet will not be printed until you are satisfied and you have given us your approval to proceed.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time we are not able to ship Internationally, but we are working on expanding our shipping capabilities.
Shipping price is a flat fee.

When will I receive my tracking number?
For Express shipping you will receive your tracking number same day if you place your order before 12pm PST
For Standard shipping you will receive your tracking number within 1-2 days if you place your order before 12pm PST.
How do you make your portraits?
We have a team of highly skilled artists that use our proprietary set of photo editing skills. We use special techniques combined with many digital brushes and blends. Each work of art is based on your pet's photo. This, coupled with our unique method, makes a beautiful portrait every time.
Do you only make portraits of dogs and cats?
We make portraits of all pet types. Birds, Hamsters, Rabbits, Lizards, Horses, just to name a few. If you have a pet photo, we'll make it a Masterpiece.
Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?
Right now, we have options for 1 pet, 2 pets, 3 pets and even 4 pets together in one portrait!

Are the photos from my phone's camera good enough to be used?
Yes, photos form your phone's camera are usually shot on a resolution that normally captures enough detail, just make sure that the image you submit to us is not blurry.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order up to 5 hours after you place it. If you need to change or cancel your order after the allotted time please contact us at support@pet-paints.com. Any changes at that point will be at our discretion.
How much is a pet portrait?
Custom Pet Portrait price starts from $45.00 for a print on poster material, depending on the size of your poster or canvas, the price will vary. (see all our products for pricing)
